Mr. Patterson is a Chartered Accountant by training and brings over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance and operations.

Mr. McKenzie previously held a variety of senior management positions at Thomson Reuters, which provides marketing and business development solutions for law firms, where he gained intimate knowledge of the legal information industry. Preston McKenzie recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Hubbard One, a division of Thomson Reuters that provides marketing and business development solutions for law firms. Under his direction, Hubbard One became one of Thomson’s fastest-growing business units.
